The 220-301: Core Hardware exam is offered by CompTia and is intended for people who competently install, build, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot and repair personal computer compatible hardware including troubleshooting basic network and internet connectivity, dial-up, DSL, and cable.

The CompTia 220-301 exam is one of the exams a candidate requires to achieve the CompTia A+ certification.

The CompTia 220-301 Core Hardware exam format consists of 80 Multiple Choice; Multiple Response questions.

To write the exam you must register at any Pearson VUE or at Prometric center worldwide in advance of the date on which you want to write the exam.
